In this course, we explored what digital marketing is, the key platforms, and types of digital marketing that can be implemented in organisations currently. We explored how to build a digital presence on these platforms and investigated how digital technology is impacting and reshaping marketing and business operations. We also considered the transition from in-person to e-customers, differences in behaviour between these consumer types and how to build online customer relationships.
